Know Your Risk of a Heart Attack or Stroke.

Take your first step on the ProHeart Path today, and learn your risk of a heart attack or stroke in the next five years. Our custom risk assessment tool can be completed in four easy steps by providing answers such as your family history, weight and exercise habits. Don't worry if you can't answer every question right away. You can return to the test to fill in additional information at any time for more detailed results.

Once your assessment is complete you'll receive customized results based on your age and gender. If you do answer all of our questions, you'll get more specific results. For younger users (women 69 and younger, men 62 and younger), you'll receive a risk level of low, moderate, elevated, or high, and your risk assessment will be comparative to other users of your same age and gender. Women 70+ and Men 63+ will receive a percentage risk.

This tool calculates risk using publicly available research data including the following studies: Framingham, Framingham Offspring, ARIC, CHS, and additional sources.

This tool is not intended to offer or replace professional medical advice. Please speak with your healthcare provider if you have any health concerns.

The heart attack and stroke risk assessment tool was recently launched, but the risk equations involved are currently in use on a daily basis to calculate risk for over one million individuals nationwide.
